Our exchange and return policy is crafted to provide you with a smooth and worry-free shopping experience.

For Stock Hair Systems:

  • 30-Day Exchange Promise: If you're not completely satisfied with your stock hair system, you may exchange it for another product within 30 days of receiving it. This policy is designed to help you find the best match for your personal style and needs.

  • 14-Day Return Option: Should you decide to return your stock hair system, you can do so within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure the product is returned in its original, unaltered condition, and with its original packaging.

For Custom Hair Systems:

  • Custom hair systems are individually crafted to meet specific requirements, making them ineligible for returns or exchanges unless there are defects in the materials or workmanship.

How to Exchange or Return:

  1. Get in Touch: Start the process by contacting our customer service team. Please provide your order number and the reason for your request.

  2. Obtain Authorization: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide detailed instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  4. Item Review: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our criteria for a return or exchange.

  5. Exchange or Refund: If you're exchanging the item, we will send out the new product once the original has been received and inspected. For returns, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few days of receiving the item.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and accessories intact.
  • Custom items can only be returned or exchanged if there are defects.
  • A restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the item and associated handling costs.

Restocking Fee:

A 10% restocking fee may be charged for returns if the product is not in its original condition or packaging. This fee covers the costs of inspecting, cleaning, and repackaging the item.

Return Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure your item is returned safely.
